| Shaoxing is located in the South Wing of the Yangtze River Delta, Zhejiang Province, between the middle and northern part of Hangzhou-Ningbo, under the jurisdiction of Shaoxing County, Zhuji City, Shangyu City, Shengzhou City, Xinchang County, and the more urban areas, covering an area of 8256 square kilometers, population 4,340,000, of which urban three hundred and thirty-nine square kilometers area, population 640,000. Shaoxing has a long history, celebrity galaxy known as water, Xiang, wine township, township of calligraphy, a town's reputation as scholar. |
