What does DownWebVideos work?

DownWebVideos has a built-in video search engine, it searchs and downloads various videos from internet fast and easy. You can type an URL of site to rip videos on web pages and software will do what you want automatically !

It works like a spider, crawls all sites following links, finds and downloads various videos from web page.

DownWebVideos contains filters to block out unwanted videos by size and extension( avi, mpg, mpeg, wmv, rmvb, rm ). It only scans sites, does not actually visit them. This gives the site no chance to run scripts, show popups, install something which will to harm your computer.

Description of DownWebVideos setting

Once you install the DownWebVideos and run it, a registration notice shows below.

Press the button "Remind me later", DownWebVideos will reside in the system tray automatically.


You can move the mouse onto the icon and click the right button, a pop-up menu will show like this, see below


Select "Video Grabbing" menu, a video grabbing setting dialog appered.


Software can filter videos by extension and size. The files extensions include AVI, MPG, MPEG, WMV, RMVB and RM. You can select the directory to store the download videos.

Type an URL of site and software gets the videos for you fast and easy ! If you press "Hide" button, DownWebVideos will reside in the system tray at once and work for you behind desktop.
